With Noble Land Development, identical to his “sister company”, Eden Site Development, Sam created and maintains the culture of “Commitment” as its cornerstone. Beginning with its early residential, commercial, and industrial acquisition and development projects and leading by example, Sam’s commitment assures that 100% of Noble’s work is completed within the company’s philosophy from commencement thru completion.

Serving as the central leader of the Company, Sam earns the trust of a team member’s time and an investor’s capital from a vision to reality through sound strategy development. With over 20 years of construction experience and over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Sam successfully completed major projects involving comprehensive and multi-disciplined site work operations, complex regulatory issues and compressed schedules, supply chain optimization, and sustained quality assurance programs. Sam received a Major Degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidade Catolica in Sao Paulo Brazil.

Jonathan Soule

Managing Partner

Jonathan brings 25+ years of real estate experience to Noble Land Development. As Principal, Jonathan is responsible for sourcing and executing all new development opportunities and managing the aspects of development throughout central Florida. From large-scale master planned residential communities to niche infill/redevelopment, including commercial, industrial, and extensive mixed-use projects, Jonathan’s broad experience and entrepreneurial skills help fuel Noble Land Development’s growth. Recognized for delivering projects within budget and time constraints, Jonathan is adept at managing group dynamics and leading multidisciplinary teams of professionals through the permit and development process. In his career, Jonathan has managed the entitlement and development of several hundred projects in Florida and the mid-Atlantic states with a total capitalization in excess of $250 million. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from the University of Tampa.
