Jonathan brings 25+ years of real estate experience to Noble Land Development. As Principal, Jonathan is responsible for sourcing and executing all new development opportunities and managing the aspects of development throughout central Florida. From large-scale master planned residential communities to niche infill/redevelopment, including commercial, industrial, and extensive mixed-use projects, Jonathan’s broad experience and entrepreneurial skills help fuel Noble Land Development’s growth. Recognized for delivering projects within budget and time constraints, Jonathan is adept at managing group dynamics and leading multidisciplinary teams of professionals through the permit and development process. In his career, Jonathan has managed the entitlement and development of several hundred projects in Florida and the mid-Atlantic states with a total capitalization in excess of $250 million. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from the University of Tampa.
